Since our formation in 2007 we've quickly grown and now offer our expertise in user-centred experience design to businesses across the UK, from start-ups and local enterprises to international companies and brands. Our design process
It all starts with understanding the problem; What problem are we solving? Who has this problem? What do we want to achieve? Having answered these questions we gather user and business insights to help us identify and prioritise the issues and define a scope of work, the success criteria of which should now achieve a clear business goal for our client.
We can then begin the ideation stage of the project, exploring possible solutions by sketching and prototyping initial designs and using these to test and validate the concepts with users.
Finally, having identified a working design solution, we can focus on crafting and refining the designs and assets ready for handover to the development team or partners.
